I was looking over the photo of USA1-ZR1's super clean underbody of his 93 Ruby and noticed his had spring protector covers (shinny plate between the lower A-Arm bushing joints). I looked it up and the parts book show these as PN 14048914 and used on model years 91-94. My 94 Z #390 does not have these spring protector covers so I was wondering if maybe they were discontinued somewhere along the line during the 94 production year. Anybody know what 95 model year Zs came with?

My '90 might not be as clean as USA-ZR1's, but I've got them too...

Wonder why GM stopped putting them on?

I know what I'm going to do while I've got Girlfriend up on the jackstands...
Time to clean and shine up the undercarriage!!

I'm pretty sure my '90 has those as well, though not in "shiny".
