Ron, I'll take a set....this is one thing for some reason i've never put on either of my zr1's.

I'm getting some bad c beam flex during heavy throttle....maybe these will be the cure!

c beam bolts have likely lost torq if you see the shifter move way up and down (3/4" or more!!) when accelerating hard. also check that the bolts haven't "dug into" the beam which frequently happens and one of the nice benfits of the plates. they prevent the beam from being damaged from the bolt heads and better distribute the clamping force to stiffen the whole chassis with only 2 lbs of weight.

they really do make a difference, but only if you drive it like you stole it!:cool:

Yeah...we've re-torqued it and still rising up on hard throttle. I'm tossing a new c-beam in it when I do the plates.

Ron....if you get a chance drop me your address and i'll send out the cash for the plates.

I'm following up with Bill to see when they should be arriving, he said 2 weeks ago over 2 weeks ago but you know how that goes.

I will post as soon as they arrive and update everyone on the ETA

I ship them out express for the 5 shipping charge and they are arrive two days after that.

these little beasties are welded up from a bag of stainless parts and then bill bead blasts and stamps them so they take a while to make up.
