What is the different between Z51 Shock Absorber and Non Z51 ?? :confused:

Z51 shocks were Bilstein/Delco, the base stuff was Delco. And yeah, Z51 was stiffer.

and our ZR 1990 has Z51 shocks, or Non?

No, the ZR-1 came with FX3 shocks, the adjustable ones. Z51 was a non-adjustable suspension.
1990 cars do have the Z51 RPO, though. But apparently it didn't include the suspension pieces when coupled with RPO FX3. I think about all we got from it is the power steering cooler, as the ZR-1 doesn't have the faster ratio steering either.

I want to drop my Z rear by 1 inch.
i have already the blue spring L = 225 mm. , inner D = 65 mm.
As far as i know its has stiffer rate! N/A.
So what do you recommend me to use , which brand? and length?! what lbs/in ?? :rolleyes:
