History on a 93 Ruby for Sale

There's a fairly low mileage 93 Ruby Anniversary ZR1 being sold by Bay State Motorsports (MA) in the NetRegistry for sale section. Does anyone know anything about the cars history? Has anyone seen the car and if so, is it as nice as it looks in the pictures? Any information would be appreciated.
