Hello Everybody,
Nice to see everyone still hanging on to the ol LT5................
As some may know I have ditched mine, sold everything LT5 related on Ebay.
Anyway, A few choice items are sitting in my garage unpaid for. The buyer swears he'll pay, but its been many a week now and Ive lost confidence in this guy. + I am a little impatient when I have to hurdle an LT5 everytime I walk into my garage.
The main item I have no perspective buyer for is the OEM LT5 short block. It has less than 40K easy miles, no damage, comes with pan, water pump, oil filter mount, starter, timing chains, + some small extras. The motor has never been disassembled any further than head removal, as it sits now.
I had fully ported heads & induction on it and was going to sell the whole deal as 1 piece but I wanted to pull the heads and inspect the chambers & pistons. I thought I had an extra head gasket set but it turned out I didn't so I figured Id sell the top end and the bottom end seperately.
If anyone has any interest in a spare, email me at: SvenPatrick2005@Hotmail.com
Goodluck everyone with the LT5
Im tired, looking to simplify my life.

Patrick, I figured that would be the case after looking at his feedback.

Yeah, I just checked his feedback out. 66.7% positive with only 13 transactions. All the negatives were "NO PAY." I think the writing is on the wall. I mean, I f up on Ebay all the time and even so, its not that hard to maintaion a 100% positive score. Just a matter of being honest, communicating, and small amount of effort. Whatever............
Anyone interested in a LT5 shortblock? All OEM, low miles, very nice.

Wow, stuff happens fast around here. The shortblock is from a 1990, however, I believe LGAFF responded first so he has first dibs. Id like to get around 1500.00 but I am not greedy and entertain even stupid offers. Ill repost if LGAFF decides he doesn't want the shortblock.

What does the top end include and price? Please. Also would you want to sell both to me?

Oh yeah, Jeff, as a Seller you are no longer allowed to leave Negative feedback about your buyers. They changed that after buyer's were bullied into giving good feedback for shite transactions by aggressive sellers who threaten bad feedback for bad feedback given.
My new method is to rate a transaction as positive, and then tell the truth in the writing field.
Like this:
Transaction Positive
"This guy is an F'ing POS, total crook, do not make deal. F-F-F-F-"
I dunno if anyone reads the comments, especially the good ones, but it puts my mind at ease that I have spoken out about people who abuse the system. Kinda like fighting crime w/o a gun.
Ever since the policy has changed I have gotten a whole lot more "NO PAY" situations and the majority are people with a (o) transaction total. No system is perfect though.

Top end included literally everything above the deck surface. Heads to air horn, All ported, with Haibeck PROM. LGAFF got it first though. If for some reason he bails out on the deal, (I doubt it though) Ill repost.

I know, it was more of a tongue in cheek comment. I was floored when they made that announcement. I believe you can still file a NPB alert.
eBay has gotten pretty shitty here lately.

yeah, its almost not worth the hassle. But after all real estate is occupied by parts that you know you cant and wont use, you might as well cash out quickly and buy another toy before you realize what you've done. My life is Hell, if anyone looks like me and wants to take over, Im cool with it. Just PM me 1st.

Not to hijack your thread but it is when you buy something misrepresented as being N.O.S and some scum bag POS sells you a used part, and then gives you negative feedback because he got slammed.I dont leave feedback on any item I buy on Fleabay.

For better or worse sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers from what I've heard. So if a seller rips you off, you do not have to worry about a retaliatory negative being left.
