John,
Did you use some kind of "soap" with the pressure cleaning and what did you use under the plenium besides "elbow grease"?
Thanks,
Jerry

Hey Jerry,
No soap, no elbow grease. I actually used Gunk Foaming Engine Degreaser, let it sit for a bit (not too long you know) and then just blasted the sucker down with the pressure washer. I used the degreaser once before on my other car and had no problems with spotting at all. This engine is sweet.
I used 5 cans of freaking engine degreaser on this car. I'm done with the cleaning, now for the WAXING, oh yeah.
See ya in Battleground.

I am going to call dibs on that Cigarette, it's still good...... don't waste it, and those coffee straws can be makeshift vaccum lines in a pinch(learned that on McGiver). Those are keepers!
Seriously the car looks great, nice job!

That's some funny stuff.
I found over $2.00 in change from under the seats in this car. My other one I found almost $5.00 in.
Thanks for the compliments.

Well it's up and running. Started with a high idle, around 2000 RPM, I pulled a code 66. Power switch was not operating correctly. I turned it on and nothing, there was a toggle switch under the console that I found when cleaning. I flipped the switch and the sum bitch started purrin' like a kitten, about 700 RPM. Oh so sweet.
Cleaned under the back end tonight so this baby is ready for shinin' this weekend. Now gotta see if I'm gonna cut it or just buff the **** outta it.
Thanks for all the comments guys, see ya in Portlnd in about 4 weeks. I can't wait to brag.

Nope, the Plenum was easy to get off so I'n just gonna wait until they are needed to do that. I got it down to 15 minutes removal now.

Well, guess what? I gotta put some injectors in. The car is missing and I Ohmed the injectors. I think I put this in a post already, but didn't want to let this one hang. Thinkin' about ACCEL's and also need to replace the check valve under there too.
