The one I have is trimmed too short.

Seeing if someone has one they don't plan on using.

Heheh, I have one I don't plan on using. But it's also trimmed a bit short... It would have been nice if they came not-oversized so that trimming wasn't required.

Yup, 150 gone. Not looking to spend another 150.

Was hoping someone had a deal or something.

There is a seller on eBay offering air ducts.

Question for the users of this duct, Do you have to reinforce the duct with an interior piece od some sort? Seems like it should be strong enough on its own, but what do I know. :-)

Thanks

Rick

The duct is plenty strong, I see no need to reinforce it.

It's strong on it's own. However, that piece in the eBay link, who knows. That does not appear to be a Samco-made duct. The Samco one appears to have some reinforcement at the core. The edges are not reinforced, and I could see how maybe if the whole duct were that rubbery it might not work so well.
