Passenger Seat Belt Needed

Folks,
I have just discovered that my passenger seat belt assembly does not seem to work. It doesn't lock up when it should. If anyone has one that is known to work I would be interested in it. Oh yeah, black interior.

John, go to the dealership. You car should still be under the recall for the seatbelt retraction issue. Let me know if you need the recall number.

I actually went to Edmark here in Nampa just for that. They had everything removed and when they opened the seat belts up, they had one red and one tan (par for the course). When I went to get the car, the service guy showed me in the recall where it said the retracters must fail (stick) before they will be replaced. So, that's why I am looking for a belt. Does that make sense?

Doesn't really matter anymore as there are no more black seatbelts left for 90-93. No stocking dealers and no stock at GM.
