I normally pay $4.75 to $5.00 per quart, and about $11.00 for the Mobil 1 filter (#M1-207 for my 1990).
I don't know if this is only regional or nationwaide, but Autozone is running a special for a filter and 5 quarts of the full sythetic for $29.99 thru May 15th.
