90 #1298 w/2K miles sells for 22K?

Picked up Automobile magazine for my flight today to Providence. RM auctions section outlined the sale of a this 90 Red/Red with "in the wrapper" condition for $22K(ouch), bought by a dealer and will no doubt be marked up to $30K or more.

Also noted a possible upswing in value with the intro of the new Z.

Yeah, I know....we bought them to drive them, values are not important, low milers can be worse then high mile cars, and the new Z is a disgrace to the heritage,,,yatta yatta yatta.:blahblah:

After riding in my car, my Dad called today and told me about that car. He asked if I could find him a 90 Red/Red in that condition for that price...I said..probably not right away...and not in the New Orleans area.
