Tom, I contacted that guy about his error or fraudulent listing. He has only three days left befiore close and had several bids. Better he correct it now than end up with some very unhappy auction winner when they find out that ZR-1 is as phony as a three dollar bill.
Following is the seller's response...

"First of all we are not "obviously fraudlent" after doing more research, we found that we were mis lead on the informaion we were given. We have since corrected it. While we appreciate your input, you may want to try to believe that there are many good people out there that make honest mistakes.
Here is our corrected version. By the way, there was one ZR1 made, a one off very valuable and unfortunately it is not ours. We spoke with the president of the ZR-1 foundation/club and he told us of the one that was made.
This is the correction to our listing, thanks for your input.
After going to our local Chevy dealer we confirmed that this car is in fact

NOT a ZR-1 but a 350 our apologies that we were given the wrong information.
We are 100% and always strive to be honest & accurate.

I'm slow... I thought he was serious about that being an LT5 convertible. Ok, who's driving the short bus today! :bootyshak

Why is it the ebay morrons will not remove something like that from the auction it can be done especially since no on has bid on it yet, But they add it at the bottom and then with smart *** comments like thanks all corvette experts

You know, when they raised the freakin' hood and saw that it looked like most other C-4's that should have been a tip off. Not to mention that that the body looked like every other C-4.
