Finally got the body back on the frame the other day....Ugh. Fitment issue after issue, but its coming along. Got a long ways to go...
Approx 580chp solid roller motor, T56 trans.
Where it all started a number of years ago...irst and last frame off lol!

Nice car.
I've had 4 El Camino's, my first being a '67 I paid $1200 for in 1979. It was Butternut Yellow with a 283 and 3 on the tree. Wish I still had it, it would be worth more than that now. The last one was a '69 SS396. It ended up Bright Aqua and was head turner. I traded that for a 1970 Camaro drag car.
Yours will be nice when your done. Keep it up and keep us posted.
Good looking project! Lotta work, but it sure is coming along nicely!

That is one clean car! Great work!
I can't even imagine how much time and work and $$
it took. Sure looks great!
