Looks like only a couple bolts holding the plenum on........somebody should ask him for pictures of the port work! Also wonder if or what the rods/piston makes are?
It would be kinda fun to crack this baby open for a little truth or dare.....lol!

Does it have no gaskets? that looks like a piece of duct tape between the plenum and IH's, not a gasket.

This is what I recieved from him, on the same question.
it is a 350, it has no miles since the rebuild. I'm not sure about the rods. We purchased this motor from someone else on eBay several months ago for a project that we decided to cancel, so unfortunately i don't have much first hand knowledge about the parts that were used. Thanks.

Thanks.Well from the ebay purchase to him it lost 100 ponies somewhere. In the first ebay ad link i posted above it made 600hp and now only makes 500hp........hmmmmm!!!:icon_scra

That , and I think the first 600hp was crank hp NO driven accessories. Just the h/b and flywheel.
