Well guy...depends on what you are looking for...I am rather new to the ZR-1 world and thus this site BUT I find it the the most focused (on the ZR-1 of course), most informative, THE internet source for our cars, great forum members who are so helpful, friendly and minimal to none of much of the unnecessary cr*p (JSB vs LMB, Z51 is not a model but want a badge and the much of the almost ricer attitudes although own a C6) that gets ended up posted on the CF forums. I owned my ZR-1 less than a week, made friends with many posters on this forum and ended up with a ZR-1 gathering at my house>>>>

Quality vs. quantity, as I said in the other thread. You get better quality here.

I'm here and I'm going to see if this place is good for fun! It would be nice to have one definitive place for hardcore ZR-1ers to come and discuss related topics. The CF seems to be fluff, fluff, fluff lately. I'm just curious if those who post here actually take part in the registry (events, artictles in the newsletter, meetings etc) or just provide lip service. Guess time will tell!:hello:

As far as Z's go, I'm a nooby. But, I find I spend my ZR-1 time here because of the people. A forum is no better or worse than the people that contribute to it. Here I find the people are quick with information and lots of help and experience. It is esoterically pure ZR-1, and I like that. You'll have to decide for yourself, but I think you will not have any trouble deciding for yourself soon enough.

I see you're in NY, so am I....lower westchester county....if you ever feel like crusin' with a group of vette owners check out the events section/North East over where ya came from, ya CF.....we post up any cruise that we do in that section. Just did one yesterday, sunday, "5 boro cruise"....there should be picts up in the thread. Go take a look & see if you think that you might want to hang out with us...you're more than welcome to if you don't mind hanging out with a bunch of vette owners that like to take day trips.
