I'm thinking about buying the wheels on cars in the attached pictures. Wheels on both cars are the same. I only know what I've heard about CCW wheels and I don't know anything about 3-piece wheels. What experience do any of you have with 3-piece wheels? Is there anything I should ask the seller or make sure I understand about this type of wheel?
Does it look to you like the blue car has been lowered and the green car is stock height?

They both look to be pretty close in height. Just the angle and closeness of the pictures.
As far as CCW wheels. I run them on my race car and have no issues. John (owner of CCW) takes great pride in his craftsmanship new and old. Just check on the quality of the polish and how it currently looks. Knowing Todd, I'm willing to say they are perfect.

I saw those on eBay, they look cool.
The owner seems to be a Carshow kind of guy so I seriously doubt that they would have ever seen severe duty.

Just two cents from the peanut gallery.......I've hung out with Todd at a coupla of car shows and his stuff is 100 pts.
Those wheels are like B/N wheels, well cared for and clean. FWIW, I think they look bad a$$ on a Z!

ZR-1's don't need CCW wheels to look cool. Spend your money on new living room furniture.
