Man, that's a bunch of ice!
Looks nice till it gets on the utility wires. If we get stuff like that where I live we end up with utility wires all over the streets.

Seems like we all have our own special local issues, no matter where we live. Ice storms, earthquakes, fires, tornadoes, hurricanes, you name it. I lived up north most of my life and got tired of the ice and snow. Now I get to live with different problems. Not necessarily better or worse, just different.
We had that a couple of weeks ago, right before you all got it Keith. I lost a couple of trees and a lot of limbs. Still waiting on the city to pick up all the limbs.
Happy New Year to ya!!

Thanks to ITLGO2 here are a couple of additional issues for you Florida folks to worry about:

and just when you thought it was safe to go outside after the fires, tornadoes, and hurricanes.

I saw that pic about 4 years ago when I lived up north. Believe me, we still think the crap you put up with up north is worse.

Really cold today in Phoenix I think it went below the 50s. Man that weather bites but we see some of that in Flagstaff as well. :hello:

AZ is interesting that way. I was cold in Flagstaff, comfortable in Sedona while hiking, warm in Phoenix, and in an oven down in Tombstone.

Completly accurate!! In AZ you truely can get all four seasons by just driving for 3 hours from North to South. Only difference is when its hot very little humidity just damn hot
