K & N filters

I just bought a 1991 ZR1, and looking for air intake. I keep reading about K & N, but I called them and they dont make air intake for 1991 ZR1. What is everyone using? Who else makes air intakes?

There are a variety of choices, but I think you will find that most of us use a cut lid with either an OEM or K & N filter. This picture illustrates how restrictive the stock set up is in that the dirty areas show the air flow.

I use K&N air filter in my ZR1. I take my filter out & clean it once a year.

Same filter that is used for the base 90-96 cars.
