Do any of you use Octane Booster, does it make an appreciable difference in HP, and can it hurt my engine?:iamwithst

no, no, and probably not. Anything over 91 octane is fine, and you can drop to 87 octane in a pinch with a stock LT5. Octane boosters are snake oil in my opinion.
