Hello to all, I purchased a 1991 ZR1 and drove it home today. It was a 650 mile trip and it performed flawlessly for basically sitting for 16 years. It now has 4033 miles on it and I think it did it alot of good to get it out on the road. I have had Corvettes in the past, but this is my first ZR1. It is absolutely bone stock, the guy that bought it paid 10K over sticker in 1991, drove it for 3 months and basically built a shrine garage around it after that. Here is the link to it, let me know if its ok.

wow!

Great looking Z! Make sure you change those tires ASAP.... They don't look dry rotted, but older tires are unsafe and F1's or KD's will perform SO much better.

Congrats!!!!!!

You can also probably make a few bucks off those Gatorbacks when you do so.

Welcome to the Brotherhood of the Beast.

I've always felt that the red interior looks best on a black car.

DO NOT make the same mistake that the previous owner made.
Love it, cherish it, admire it, shine & polish it, yes...
BUT GET IN IT AND DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT!!!
As often as you can.

Congrats. That's probably the best price/value I've ever seen for a ZR1. Great buy, beautiful car. Drive it in good health.

Congrats on the "new to you" toy...!!! =D> =D> :dancing =D>

When we bought "The Beast" a year ago it had 7,500 miles on the clock. After replacing tires, the A/C condensor, all of the injectors and all fluids we put it on a 5k road trip last June. GREAT road car!

Get it out there and enjoy it...!!! http://www.c3vr.com/member_uploads/401_500/419/driving1.gif
