sticky throttle

having problem with throttle sticking.worse in cold weather.seems to be a ten second delay between pedal and engine response.inspected throttle body all seems fine.any input?

When you say inspect, did you look at the back of the throttle plates? They can get gummed up and stick. Take some brake cleaning fluid and clean the throttle plates and see if this helps.
