Travel Buddy 2 Drink Holder

The stock cupholders in my 95 are useless. I see a Travel Buddy 2 drink holder on several of the Corvette parts sites and am curious if anyone has experience with them. They seem to mount under the top lip of the console on the passenger side with a leg that seems to go down to the floor. Do they fit well? Do they stay in place? Do they damage the console?

I did a search and I found a few posts from people looking to buy a single holder that seems to be discontinued, but found nothing on the 2 drink version. Thanks is advance for helping out the new guy!

I have these in my 95 for a long as I can remember. I had the single in my 90 but got the double for my 95 and so much better since it is good for more than just drinks when touring.

Do they fit well? Yes, there is a little bit of adjustment but not much.

Do they stay in place? Yes, a good snug fit.

Do they damage the console? No, the top is between panel and carpet.

90 thru 93 have flying buttress and may be the reason skipped.

This is the one I had in my 90Z. I believe they are NLA? Maybe someone that has one can have it 3D printed?

I have the single Travel Buddy for my 92. They have been discontinued but used ones pop up once in a while on ebay. I have also seen some other type of cup holders that are 3D printed now available. I will try to find that listing for you.

Nice find on the adapter Dave. I just use my Travel Buddy to hold my phone. I have the Weathertech Cupfone pushed into the Travel Buddy that holds my phone securely so I can see GPS. Just like my Dad's rules, no drinking in the car allowed.

I've been thinking of designing a 2 cup version of the single cup one for 3D printing, it shouldn't be too hard and would address the issue of the adapter being a little high. I have navigation/phone through my head unit. Sorry, I couldn't manage with your dad's rules, I need my coffee too much! :)

There's a fb discussion in one of the C4 groups that says it works with the 6 speed shifter. Will report back when mine arrives.
