Requesting help locating 1994 ZR-1 Vin#405 in Tulsa

Hello, I am looking for any help you can provide. I am a former owner of this ZR-1 and am trying to locate the current owner and the car. The car is a 1994 Corvette ZR-1, black in color, vin number ending in 405. Lowered, B&B exhaust, Hurst shifter, etc...

I reached out to the person I sold it to, who lives in Arkansas. The contact information he gave me is not going through. Carfax shows the car is registered in Tulsa currently.

I have also reached out to the local Tulsa Corvette Club.

Any information or leads are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Perhaps call Oklahoma DMV, explain your need and ask how to get/buy that information from public records..?

I called the Oklahoma DMV and also went online. I found there are laws for privacy protection that restricts the issuance of information that identifies the current title holder / owner of vehicles. So I'll let that be with the hopes that someone sees this message and can provide a lead.
