I have been out just enjoying my z for the last X years. I am amazed how many sub 25K mile cars are out there. Any keeping details on how many of the 3049 1990 Z are left and how many have under X miles?

I believe these should be driven but it is interesting how many people just store them.

My '90, # 545, has a little over 35,000 miles, 3000 put on by me. Runs like a bandit, perfect.

"Girlfriend" , my '90 #792 has just under 17k miles on her and runs just fine. She had 9,000 miles on her when She found me 19 years ago.
She can go from 0 to speeding ticket in under 10 seconds.
0 to jail time in just a few more.

My 90 #2530 has 32k and change on her.
Bought her in 2015 with 25k from the original owner who had stored her for 10 years and she needed a few things. Just sold my base 92 so I could drive her more.

Drives beautifully; I can beat any speed limit in town.

My 1990 #2822 has 88k on her now. I bought her back in 2018,she had been sitting for a decade or more. She had 74k, after refurbishing her, injectors, belts hoses, tires, fluids, plugs wires and had to have Mark Hailbeck reflow the soldier in the ECM. I drive her all the time, she still needs paint, interior work, but mechanically I'd drive her anywhere. I did do headers and a Mark Hailbeck eprom/chip she is a rocket and fun to drive. I will admit I'm thinking of selling her, it's hard for me to come up with all the money for cosmetic repairs. Seat covers 1k bucks and so on. I just know how special these cars are and I could never replace her for what I have in her. She is very special even with all the stuff she needs. I feel honered to be caring for this historical machine.

My 90 # 2815 just turned 42K miles I own it appox 14 months and put on over 2k mi. I have 8 cars so its hard putting many miles on it as I alternate driving all the cars all the time. I am the 7th owner and I have done everything I can to make it right. I am still deciding to just replace the windshield or continue to wait for its replacement but soon I wont be able see much if I want another year! Fortunately, one of the owners was a GM wrench and did many upgrades so it now has 470 hp and a ZG doc gear box. Totally different car.

It's not so much people are storing the them. I've got a one car garage that's about as full as it gets, can't even fit a bicycle in there. Every once in a while I'll more some stuff around and get it out for a drive.

Bought my 1990 13 years ago. Three trips across the county, twice to the NCM/gathering and Marc?s shop in Chicago for injectors. Two years ago to Carlisle. All three trips were flawless. Zero problems. Used AC much of the time. Clock is at 88,xxx now. Plan to come to the gathering this coming May. I?m worried about the orginal fuel pumps so will replace them. Currently have the ?no start? problem which I?ll fix. The car is pretty much original and had good care, always stored inside.

Anything else any of you can suggest to insure my fourth cross country trip is uneventful.
