Heading out on Saturday for a two week road trip in "The Beast" and wanted some protection for the front end. I ordered a couple of different masks to try out and I can't get either one to install decently. One is a CoverCraft from Corvette America and the other is a MiniMask from Mid America Motorwerks (I looked at the Speed Lingerie line and was initially in a little sticker shock so that's why I choose the other two).
Any recommendations? It might be too late for this trip but I really don't want to run 4k miles with a mask that doesn't fit right.

Hi Jim,
I have used the "mini" mask for the last couple of years and its fits really well. I purchased some different velcro and used it because I could get it to stick in the wheel wells. I don't know why yours wouldn't fit????

hey there,
I just got one from c5 creations and LOVE it. It is VERY soft (won't damage the paint), looks great, washable and EASY on / off the car (snaps). I saw it on a friends C4 and C5 corvette & loved it!
It's priced @ $129 plus more for window covers, BUT he said he would do a group purchase if people were interested.

I have a blue car and got the black bra / side view mirror covers done and it looks fantastic.
My guess is we could get the bra / side window covers for $130 (both) shipped if there is some interest. This stuff is quality!
I'll take some pictures of my car with it

I don't have one and just have to live with the bugs! Thought about getting one though so good to read up on people's opinions. I don't think the one at c5 creations wouldn't work for me - looks like it covers the front licence plate.

Hi Dave,
Mine covers the front plate also but the mask can be cut and have the license plate exposed.

Thanks for the info Bob, where did you get yours? I've seen the 'mini masks' in ecklers etc. with both solid and licence cutouts.
Probably cost me more to import it than the price of the mask though ;-)

Probably got it from Mid-America or Corvette Central. Don't remember. Can't you order and have it shipping to someone in the States and then shipped to you?? There seems that there should be an easier way but probably not. You could order now and have shipped to my house and pick up on your trip here:) :) Let me know whatever works for you!!!

Thanks for the offer Bob. That would be one way of doing it. Now where did I leave that catalog... ;)

Thanks guys! I spent a little more time tonight and got it to fit better. It's still the the best IMO but it will have to do. This one is from Mid America. The other one I got was from Corvette America (through Corvette Specialties in Blaine, MN) and it has pieces to cover the lights and part of the hood. I wasn't impressed with the mounting system so didn't get too serious about trying to make it work.
Westward on Saturday morning...!!!

Are they worth the price they ask for these bras?

This does not have the cut off for license plate and I have a forced air intake there, can enough air get through this material to flow into intake?

Air gets thru it and would work with forced air intake. Front License plate could be an issue, but I dont know if the company does custom cut them. I bet they already come that way if somebody wants....

Thanks, I am going to check into it, will see if the group buy happens. I see they have a blue, do you know what shade it is, considering getting that for my quasar instead of black.
