Listing my ZR1. This car has a long history. It is a 1990 model and was originally red. Over the years it has had countless work done to it. It lived an early part of it's life in Hawaii where along with some engine work from Jeal, it was painted yellow along with a newer style bumper and aftermarket hood then dubbed the Pineapple Express. More recently it had been in Nebraska where it often raced every year in the Sandhills Open Road Challenge. All of the current engine work has been done by Haibeck. The engine was a 415 and now is a 403 after the most recent engine rebuild in 2018. It is still making north of 600hp. It has only a couple thousand miles since the engine overhaul. The body of the car has 73k miles.
Most recently in 2018 the engine was reconditioned by the ZR1 Specialist (Marc Haibeck) with new:
LT5 aluminum block (2018)
Moldex 4.000 Stroke Crankshaft
Diamond 4.003 Pistons
Total Seal Pistons Rings
Bearings
ATI Damper
Ignition Module
Displacement is now 403 CI
The engine is fully Ported
Iron Core Custom Jeal camshafts
Long Tube Coated Headers with wrap
Corsa Stainless Exhaust
RC Stainless Steel Injectors
Bell housing blanket
Viper 3.73 differential gearing
Wilwood Front Brakes
Line Lock
Raptor shift light
Haibeck short shifter
Roll cage
5 spoke chrome wheels
Drive shaft guard
I hate to see the car go, but I will be leaving for pilot training and it's not exactly a daily driver. The car is really meant to be tracked and taken to car shows.
