Please help from Argentina no start

hello dear zr1 owners, Im from Argentina and have a 1990 zr1 lt5 and never hace a problem, my battery gone dead after no use, and try to recharge it inside the car, I smell a Plastic burnt but didnt get where( it was near the ecm)
that battery was dead, just replace it and when I get in the car ,notice that have no security flashing light, no dash Lights on the left side, only the brake red light and other, front panel turns on, have radio and the front lights work well.
but no ignition at all
have no clue Where to start!!!
please any help will be great, excuse my english Im from the South part of the world

I'd probably start by looking for blown fuses, passenger side of dashboard behind quick release panel has the majority of them. Thoroughly inspecting the ECM and the wiring harness near the ECM to see if there is any burnt/melted wiring is probably a good idea too since it sounds like something got too hot (burnt plastic smell).

Well I do not know what trouble you are having with no start, some lights
work some do not. The best advice I have is get the FSM and the section 8A
electrical diagnosis service manual supplement ( ST-364-90 EDM).
If you have carpet remove it maybe the clutch pedal does not allow the
clutch pedal to close the switch ( part of the starter circuit).
Best advice is to get FSM for 1990 corvette plus the section 8A.

Plastic smell near ECM could be a fusible link behind battery.
