2023 Carlisle hotel group rate

As we did last year, we have a 10% discount and have booked the Magnuson Grand Hotel (and Boomerang Bar), 110 Limekiln Road, Unit 2, New Cumberland, PA 17070: Rates are $84.91 INCLUDING tax/night for a single (Queen) and $98.90 INCLUDING tax/night for a double (two full size beds). The contact at the Magnuson Hotel is Olivia. Call Olivia at the hotel (717) 963-7338 between 2 and 11PM and Identify yourself as a ZR-1 Registry Member to get the discounted rates. We had a blast last year, great food and bar both inside and out. They are looking forward to welcoming us back. When you book your room, post up so we can keep count. When they are gone they are gone. Carlisle is starting on Thursday morning and ends Saturday afternoon. The discounted room rate starts Wednesday for those who have a long drive and do not want to lose a day. I will be driving up from MD Thursday morning with the BBQ, checking in on Thursday and out on Sunday morning. Would not want to miss a Saturday night party with the gang!

I plan to attend the Vettes for Vets car show at the Willing Warrior Retreat this sat 7-15-23. Tommy Milner is a guest this year. Location is in Haymarket, VA. Great show and a great cause!

When the rooms in the ZR-1 block are full or they don?t have your desired accommodations left in the block, don?t hesitate to call the inn anyway.
It?s a pretty big place.
They may have rooms available, at a higher but still reasonable rate.

It place is fairly large but we have taken almost all the rooms so don't plan on anything being available after our block is full. Of course try but book now so you don't have any issues later.

Thanks Steve, we should be all set. I think I will be arriving early to the show on Thursday as well. Was thinking about driving up Wednesday night and staying at the hotel but don't want the BBQ on ice and the rolls in the car overnight. Might be easier to load up the car early Thursday and do the 2 hour drive up to Carlisle.
