WTB: Ruby ZR-1 in need of engine !!!

I have heard of some out there, a 1993 Ruby ZR-1 with either a blown engine or none at all. Lets skip the one in Michigan that is owned by "Clay". I have talked to him, and depending on the phase of the moon, either wants a ton of $$$ for it, or says he is going to fix it himself. Thanks for your assistance. Bob.

I would like to get the real story on "Clay's" car. He told me that the engine & trans were removed and sent to a shop for performance improvements. That the shop went under and sold his engine & trans. OK, who in their right mind would let that happen? And why was the car not at the shop too? Im sure other forum members have talked to Clay also. Would like to know if anyone has seen this Ruby in person.
