Seems like the kind of car someone here would have - 1994 red/red with a high-rise hood, painted engine (silver) and Fikse wheels currently on Copart. Flood car from Florida but the water line isn?t super high. Has a Florida CD title unfortunately but would yield many good body and interior parts. Anyone know the car? I can?t see the VIN with a guest membership.

Be careful of the saltwater flood cars. I paid a company to get me an evaluation on an old Mini Cooper S and a real Shelby Cobra in Punta Gorda a couple of weeks ago. The adjuster called me and said there was extensive rust damage throughout the chassis of both cars.
Here is another Copart ZR1 that is coming up in Reno, Nevada. It could make a good parts car -

Certainly. I lived in Key West when hurricane Wilma rolled by, which had the worst surge of any storms I had been through.
If the salt water touched anywhere on the underside of the vehicle, even just a little bit, insurance would total the car. My dad had a little Ford Ranger and the surge got up to the back axle.. totaled. A couple months later lots of cars started catching on fire driving up and down the highway due to rust.
Anyone interested in one of these cars would need to be planning on a full frame off restoration. Not sure I'd trust the parts in another car unless some effort was put in to cleaning them up and taking preventing action against rusting.
