View Full Version : 4 days, 900 miles, two drag strips, and no issues
Took my 91 on a 900 mile drive last weekend. Did a drag and drive event; finished 4th in the stick shift class (out of 5 cars, lol).
The car was flawless. I?m still amazed at the reliability, power, nearly 30 MPG, etc?
Here?s a pretty cool picture from the last day of the event.

Awesome, what were your times? We did the same at Bowling Green last spring during the C4 Gathering on the last night. Nothing like going WOT a few times and then driving 10 hours home the next day!
It ran 8.20 - 8.50 at 90-92 MPH depending on what sort of mood it was in. 1/8 mile tracks.

I did trifecta of tracks this year with Quasar and the Registry.
NCM track ?touring laps? After the rain was awesome. 24 laps
Beech Bend drag strip. 13.15 best after 8 runs.
Twice to my local track the FIRM.
Corvettes at Carlisle. Autocross 2 afternoons
BamaQ. Left rubber on Tony?s driveway
Damage done?
Two rear wheel bearings, alternator rotor came apart, front brake pads and paint scuff on door from a cone.
At least 3,000 miles of smiles.
Tough car.
