Nice photography and text!! Thank's to share with all of us.

I can remember that in "The Heart of The Beast" by Anthony Young there are some icy pictures but in a different place.

I would like to have a time machine to live the moment there in Kiruna :)

Can anyone translate the text?Swedish is close to Norwegian so here I go:

"CORVETTE ON WINTER TEST?

That the european car manufcaturers often have their winter tests in northern Sweden is well known. But for Corvette to do the same - can that be for real?

Yes, it really seems so. The cars in the photo - two brand new british registered Corvettes - could recently be seen in the Kiruna area. And carefully enough one of our readers, Krister Evling, was ready with his camera.

Both cars were packed with intstruments and accompanied by a british rental car and a bunch of test drivers. The "Vettes" rolled on Goodyear 255 VR 16 tires, had four tail pipes and the well known roof mounted brake light."

Would be fun to read the actual test if it excists in any form too [emoji4]

Lol, will have to take your word for it on languages. Thanks for taking a crack at it.

Interesting that they were British registration vice Sweden or Norway.
