Unhooked line ?

I was replacing the washer pump and noticed this unattached hose laying in the area . It's a 91 with a 510 package and secondary delete . What was this for ? I can't remember my previous 91 had this connected but to what .

Evap canister line, probably deleted the line going under the plenum.

It connects under Plenum to a computer regulated solenoid. It pulls vacuum from the large under plenum port at front left. Agreed. all the system was deleted with the 510.
