Hi Folks.
Before swapping alternators again, I'm trying to figure out what might be causing them to fail. The best suggestions I've gotten so far is bad grounds.

Any thoughts on what ground points I should be looking at to check this? Any known culprits?

Thanks!

Have u looked at the harness connector? The plastic gets brittle and cracks which then leads to grounding on the alternator shell. I replaced on alternator that blew out before I discovered the connector allowing +/ - poles to short circuit.
