In my mission to find a 90-93 core, Corvette Central, and Old Air Products apparently use the same supplier, they sent me 94-95 Evaps. Neither vendor will return, or even answer my requests for help. So I figure I'll list them here.
They are the correct smaller size core for the ZR-1, but with metric fittings for R-134a equipped cars. The fitting for the pressure switch is the correct placement, towards the outside of the car, not toward the engine like the base model. The unit from Corvette central was installed in the car, but only then did I find out the threads were incorrect. Yes the caps were removed, so they have been open to the air. $150 each obo +shipping. I will likely ship through my work, most likely between $20-30 in shipping. Cost for a new core from Corvette Central is currently $284, I believe I paid $269 around 1.5 months ago.
