Correct Star Screws for Wheel well

Some of my wheel well screws are not correct. Is there a source where I can buy the correct screws for the wheel well.
Star head with washer attached.
It seems that the washer is installed so tight that it can not be removed

That is a Torx screw with a free washer,used on C4s going back to 1984.

Just saw your reply for my want of correct screws for wheel well on 93 ZR-1
I need 12 if all the screws are suppose to be torque screws. I actually do not know if some of the screws are something other than that.
I can mail a check in advance.
