Adjusting the hood isn't that difficult. Start by removing the 2 pointed bolts with tightening nuts and springs that enter the hood latch. Remove the air breather assembly. There are 4 "10 mm nuts" connecting the hood to the hinge...loosen them slightly just enough to get play. Close the hood and ajust it to your satisfaction in relation to the doors and front bumper. You will find there is fair bit of play. For the next step you will need 2 people" :). Open the hood just enough to reach the hinge nuts trying not to move the hood out of ajustment. Tighten one nut on each hinge "just in case it moves on you". Check the fit....if your happy with the fit, tighten the other 2 nuts (don't over tighten them). Then the fun begins. Reinstall the pointed latch bolts one at a time. Fit the male pointed bolts to center in the latch mechinism...do one side at a time and use a flashlight to check it before you close latch the hood. If you close the hood and the bolt isn't centered in the latch it can be a bear to release. Take your time and fit it properly and you will be happy with the results.
This is one of those things that takes paitence but not that difficult.
Good luck!
