What do you guys do when you confront an AC compressor leak (from a failed seal)?

- New Compressor? If so, does anyone have a spare compressor for a 95?
- Repair the existing compressor? Parts? Any documentation on how to replace the seal?

I'd be interesting in rebuilding my old compressor also ... anyone know of a seal kit + instructions?
