Does anyone have experience with this product?https://www.crcindustries.com/products/qc-82-8482-pro-strength-degreaser-15-wt-oz-05482.html
I have used it for some greasy suspension parts and it worked very well. I am considering using it on a couple of tough spots on the plenum, but I don't want to make a mess. Its kinda like swimming in Australia, you don't really want to be first in.

From my own bad experience and straight from Gordon Killebrew, do not let ANY degreaser but Simple Green get on your front or rear leaf springs as it will cause it to splinter almost immediately. I know you said your plenum but it drips down, I promise this information is correct , although I do not know about the product you are asking about. FYI Simple Green is the only tested and approved cleaner for military aircraft. (at least as of 5 years ago). It past the 24 dunk test without damage. Simple green and toothpaste works well on the plenum FYI.

The suspension parts were for the jeep. WRT to this product and removing stains from the plenum, it does not appear to work very well. But it did not ruin anything either. It seems like the stains penetrate the paint or coating on the plenum making them harder to remove. Simple Green is next up.
