Is the exhaust stud in the head of any use after stock manifold replacement

So, I reinstalled both studs with Loctite 565 in the heads today in anticipation of bolting on the headers tomorrow. Is there any reason to reinstall the nut on the studs? I installed the studs until they were fairly tight (all the way to where the non threaded section started), I am afraid if I put the nuts back on the stud they may twist as I tighten them and break the thread seal loose and I don't want an oil leak. Thanks.

No. The original purpose of the center stud was to hang the manifolds during assembly at BG.
