Hi there. I wonder I?d anyone with a 94 or 95 and working sport seats wouldn?t mind popping their seat cushions and confirming the air distribution for driver and passenger sides, please?

Still working out how to link a picture, sorry.

My passenger side lumbar and bolster functions work as expected. The pump provides air and the bladders fill and empty correctly. Below is a photo of the air distribution block. The 90 degree elbow is off slightly but I corrected it. Black and red are toward the rear of the car.

When I select any function on the driver side, the pump runs for a half second or so and stops. The lines are arranged differently on the distribution block on this side and I?d like to validate they?re correct. Someone has been in here before and they may be arranged incorrectly. Again, red and black are toward the rear of the car.

Thank you, secondchance. If that?s your driver side, mine is very different indeed. I appreciate the help.

My 95 driver?s seat looks the same as secondchance?s. Sorry, no passenger photo since my car is thousands of miles away in Japan. Driver?s side is here being converted into an office chair. [emoji38]🤙🏼13543

Hi, and thank you HAWIIZR-1. I see a little variation on where the 90 degree elbow fitting goes but can easily test now that I see how the other fittings should go. Will check tonight and report back.

Well, shoot. I set up the DS as in the members? pics but something is still wrong. When I press any button to the left, the pump comes on but immediately drops down in pitch like it?s under load it can?t overcome. Press any button to the right and the pump only comes on momentarily. Maybe I have a kink in a line to the DS? Or maybe I should check the air distribution for the PS, though that side still works fine.

Do you by chance have the factory service manual for your MY? I?ve only had to troubleshoot seat repairs to my 90Z back in the day. Sorry, I don?t have access now to my FSM for my 95 to send any info from it.

I have a 91 FSM. Good for some things but not this, unfortunately.

I see. Hopefully someone will help out with the pages you need until you get one for your year. Best wishes.
