Exchanging the fluids in my car

Hello,

I made a plan to exchange all fluids, filters etc. Can you please confirm if what I am planning is okay and help me with what I could not find? I am not an expert but an eager adept.

1. Engine oil
Valvoline VR1 10w60 or 5w50 which one should I choose? Is one better than the other?

2. Comma MV ATV Plus or Revanol ATF Dextron F III enters 4.7?

3. Petrocanada MV ATF 1.5 liter ?

4. 75w90 oil with the addition of 1.9l? Doe it matter if a particular brand is involved ?

5. I have not found any information about proper brake fluid.

I would also like to replace all the filters and strips etc. Can you please advise me where to buy it?
