All,

My partner and I decided to place our facility on the market thinking it would take a couple of years to sell. We were quite shocked to find ourselves with two qualified buyers placing offers within 4 months. We decided to monetize our investment. Crossed Flags Performance continues to move ahead. I have relocated the business to my personal shop. It is completely equipped and with 1,500 sqft of climate controlled space, it's a nice place to work!

The shop is located at 37007 Red Rock, Magnolia, Tx 77355, just over a mile from the previous location. I've sold the Mustang MD1100 Dyno to a good friend just down the road and have full access to it for my tuning needs for the ZR-1.

The business has been focused on C1 through C4 generation Corvettes. That's where my passion is!

Nice shop. I am considering downsizing my shop in Alabama. Being a small operation, all that overhead takes a bite out every month..good luck!

Steve, that's still quite a nice setup. I'll still be using you when I need something, I don't care if you have a huge building or not, it's more about your knowledge and quality work.

Similar thing with Pete in Chicago, he doesn't have a huge shop either and does great work.

Honestly, I've seen too many great mechanics/tuners get into trouble with big shops. All it does is allow them to bring in too many cars at once and have to hire additional help that may not be up to their standards.

I'm honored to be trusted with your car! I have been blessed with many good friends through CFP. They are all treasured!
