coolant : confirmation ?

Hello everyone,

I'm going to drain my cooling system to change my injector housing gaskets. I have a few cans of Volvo Green coolant at home. how can you be sure that this liquid doesn?t have the chemical element Dex-cool?

My understanding is Dex Cool is orange/reddish in color. If its green I would think its regular ethylene glycol
