Thinking about putting Michelin 335/35zr17 tires on factory 11 inch wide amold rim. Has anyone had problems or regrets after doing this? I don't really want to switch to a 18 inch rim and tire. Thanks Jim

The Toyo r888r comes in the stock front and back sizes if you?re having trouble finding stock size tires.

I am on my second set of Michelin 335/35ZR17's. The first set were on my A-Molds rims and the second set on my Fikse FM5's. Perfect fit for both. They are not cheap but found some savings getting Costo to special order them when the had a special on Michelin. I think they are the best touring tire, quiet, long life and great dry and also in the rain.

I put them on the '95 back in 2014. They were great tires and no problem fitting the car. I had a set of Sumis that were very difficult to balance and one of which was so far out of factory specs it couldn't be balanced even on a Road Force balancer. Bought the Michelins from Costco for $1,700 (back then) and they installed and balanced them without problems and without a Road Force. They were great tires bought at a good price from Costco, enjoyed until I sold the '95 in 2016. --Bob

Yes put them on in 2013, have 20,000 on them and show very little wear. Still stick well. No clearance issues. 1990 z stock wheels.

From what I read in the reviews, they're great. I always trust Michelin more than other tyre manufacturers.

When you fit the 335 on the back do you fit wider tires on the front

No as Michelin makes the front tires in the stock size of 275/40/ZR17
