More details to follow later when I figure out how to post pictures on here. I have a thread started on the other site.
Paid for a fully enclosed trailer. And car showed up like this. Oil or soda dripped on the car leaving etching in the paint. And also fingerprints all over the car that are etched in as well.
At the very least it's going to take a full professional buffing to correct the paint.

Be happy it arrived in one piece. Was it open trailer or enclosed?

Was it scratched? Was it damaged? Was it dirty? Wash it.

Yeah, if you trailer a car, it is expected to give it a good cleaning upon arrival. The cars are moved on-off multiple times (unless you pay extra for a straight shot) and cars on the lower level are expected to get oil and grease droppings.
As stated above, clean it good and be happy (ecstatic really) that it arrived in one piece with no scratches.

For obvious reasons I have always shipped cars enclosed and on a one stop basis. Costs a bit more but I always felt it was worth it. --Bob

I was told this was a fully enclosed trailer. And it showed up with soft-sided. The car was taken out multiple times and left running in the elements. I kept asking the driver after pick up that I did not want the car moved once it's inside the carrier. And he said that it shouldn't have to because it's coming from California. I know for a fact that I was moving multiple times and left out

The carrier has a hard-sided fully enclosed trailer, which I paid for. They also have soft-sided 10 car hauler. I got the soft sided carrier with a complete fool for a driver. The company will not respond to my email, texts or return my phone calls

I have used Reliable 6 times only one time Zr1 would not start. With hot shot came off. All cars were clean.

Used three other enclosed carriers before and had no issues whatsoever. Until this.

So, if you've been happy with three other carriers, why would you switch?

One of our fellow ZR-1 addicts, David Johnson, transports Z's and many other collectibles all over the country. Very nice enclosed trailer. No worries when David has your car. PM me if anyone wants contact info.

Could not get a hold of two of them. I think one retired.
The other one doesn't do cross-country right now with all the covid issues.
