What brand and part # has had the best results in the ZR-1's??

I owned '95 SN 140 for 20 years. About five years after I bought it, I switched to Denso oxygen sensors and they worked very well. I felt the design of the Denso's shield which is perforated was better than the Bosch design which just has a few vertical slots.

I never had a durability problem with Denso sensors.

I had some people to drag raced Buick Grand Nationals and sometimes used leaded fuel tell me that that the Densos would last longer than the Bosch sensors running on leaded gas. Granted the life of any O2S is pretty short when running leaded gas. It was just that Densos lasted longer.

The PN for the Densos vary depending on whether your LT5 has early-style "headercats" or late style separate exhaust manifold and cat. 1992 was the break point so if you have a 92, you may need to measure the length of the sensor harness.

Sometimes they are no fun to replace. You'll need an O2S wrench to do the job right. The one I use is the PERFORMANCE TOOL W84008 Compact Oxygen Sensor Socket.
