There is a 1990 Red/Red ZR1 for sale on Barrett Jackson's online auction. It is selling at no reserve and the auction ends today (5/15) at about 3PM central time. As of 7 this morning the high bid was $15,250, if anyone is interested. They say is has 13,600 miles and it appears to be a clean car. There is also bidders fee of 10% and it must be picked up in Scottsdale.

Serviced by the same dealer 12 times in 2015, and serviced by Sears auto center before that. No thanks.

Sears auto center ? Hmm...I can't see any ZR-1 owner bringing his car to Sears...Only thing I can think of is maybe tires way back ?
Have to read the details....Looks like a good deal though if bidders stay away..

A 90’ red/black 320mi. Garage queen sold for $47,250.00 last week on BAT.
I think that was an anomaly though.
Today will be a clue as to whether they’re on the rise.

When the 90 Red/Red was at Sport Chevy in Silver Spring, MD a couple of us Wazoo members looked at it in 2015. Was kind of rough needed all new weatherstripping, paint needed some work as well. Did not take it out for a test drive and dealer did not want to spend any time with us as he saw our perfect ZR-1's and his Z looked a little "needy" next to ours. Sure that the new owner can get it all squared away but will take some time and $'s.
