Rub strips on doors

How do you remove the rub strips on the doors? I see two nuts and a fasterner on the inside on the door but that's it. Anybody do this?

You have to remove the door panel, the later 91 up C4s have more 10mm nuts, on the 90 cars some pinch clips..
