I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe as we navigate the current situation. We are definitely looking forward to getting back to normal as soon as possible. That said, the 2020 30th Anniversary celebration at the NCM is being rescheduled for 2021, and we are planning to pack it full of speakers and track activities. Not only will we be celebrating our belated 30th Anniversary, but the Grand Sport Registry will join us in celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the 1996 Grand Sport. It will be a great event!
Carlisle remains on track, but we are monitoring everything closely and will provide updates as we get closer to the event.
In the interim, there are a few things we'd ask of you:
- If you have not already posted a photo of your ZR-1 on the ZR-1 Net Registry's main website, we'd appreciate you doing so. We are looking to robust the Registry listing of owners and past owners. Date of purchase is an important piece of information that informs us of the ownership history in the Registry.
- We want to hear from you in the Heart of the Beast! We love member articles about your projects, as well as look to feature various ZR-1s each issue. Please submit your ZR-1 for consideration to: editor@zr1netregistry.com. It's a great way not only to have your ZR-1 recognized, but also create a history trail of it.
- If you have not already done so, you can review all issues of the Heart of the Beast on the main website, under the "Member's Only" area. Included there are many issues of the initial ZR-1 Owners' Registry, going way back to the very first issue in 1992. We are slowly working to get every issue posted for your review.
Thank you for your membership in the ZR-1 Net Registry - I'm very humbled to be part of such a great group of enthusiasts and friends!
Stay safe, and I hope to see everyone back out enjoying their ZR-1s soon!
