what year are are the bilstien shocks good for ncrs judging? are they date coded? for my 95 z, did not know if 92 to 95 were all they same as far as judging, meaning is a 92 shock ok for a 95 per ncrs judge?
I can't help you with your question, but you might consider moving this thread over to the NCRS for ZR-1's section.

The shocks are stamped at the bottom outer edge of each shock with a julian date about a ten digit number stamp in the metal housing- you need to clean the shock and use a flashlight but readable on car), therefore for NCRS you want to rebuild YOUR shocks but Bilstien rebuilds them fine but does NOT renew the paint or stickers, also there was a small white two letter label on your shocks when new to correspond with your suspension.

I also saw your thread about weatherstripping, if you are wanting to do NCRS PM me before you order.
